What to Do Right Away
If an ATM took your EBT funds without dispensing cash:

Call EBT Customer Service Immediately: (877) 328-9677

Follow the automated instructions to file a claim for the missing funds.
Important: The bank or the ATM owner cannot give you the cash back. Only your EBT customer service team can process your claim and restore the deducted amount if approved.

What If Your EBT Card Is Lost or Stolen?
If your card is lost, stolen, or damaged, protect your benefits by reporting it immediately:

Do not enter your card number.

When prompted, press 1 to report your card as lost, stolen, or damaged.

Your card will be deactivated to prevent misuse, and you’ll receive a replacement card so you can continue using your SNAP benefits.
